Billy's Mom was the unnamed mother of Billy and Susan. One day, while the family was walking at night, they encountered the members of the Pack, during their attack on the gargoyles Goliath and Lexington. Their children became excited at meeting their television heroes, and came up to meet them. Wolf slipped into his television role, taking the children to "safety" and "protecting" them against the gargoyles, which he dubbed monsters created by the Evil Ninjas. Billy and Susan tried to help by throwing soda cans at the gargoyles, until an enraged Lexington frightened them away, into their parents' hands. The parents left with their children, though Billy's Mom had the nagging feeling that the gargoyles might be real.
Nearly two years later, when the gargoyles were revealed to the world, Billy's Mom knew her suspicions were true. Fearing for her children's safety, she joined the Quarrymen after being interviewed on NightWatch.
Billy's Mom was a normal human woman in her thirties or fourties, though not especially athletic. As a Quarrywoman, she was armed with a Quarryman hammer and clothed in their lightly protected uniform.
