History:

The Commander was the captain of the Cyberbiotics airship, Fortress One. He was shocked by the gargoyles Demona and Goliath, and was held in the air by his shirt by the latter. His fate after the crash of Fortress One is unknown.

Powers, Abilities, and Weaknesses:

The Commander was a normal male human, with no superhuman abilities.
