History:

The Eyrie Building is the tallest building in New York City, and possibly the world. Located at the head of Central Park, it is the corporate headquarters of the multi-billion-dollar corporation Xanatos Enterprises, and the home of its owner, David Xanatos, his family, Fox and Alexander Xanatos, and his aide-de-camp, Owen Burnett. On top of the building, in 1994, was moved Castle Wyvern, from Wyvern, Scotland.

Unknown to the public, the Eyrie Building has been the site of many crises, including several Xanatos-Manhattan clan battles, and an attack by Oberon. Before that battle, a defensive force field was installed by Owen as soon as he learned Fox was expecting, as it was thus very likely Oberon or Titania would try to take Fox's child. That force field system is still installed, but was destroyed by Oberon. It is unknown if it was ever reconstructed.

At present, the Eyrie Building is again the Manhattan clan's home, as well.
