History:

Jove is one of the New Olympians, a member of a faction that believed that humanity should worship them as gods again, as they did in ancient times. His ally would be Helios.

Powers, Abilities, and Weaknesses:

Jove has electrical abilities (logical for someone named after the lightning-throwing ruler of the Roman gods), but his other skills and powers are unknown as yet.
