History:

Pal Joey is one of the criminals who works for Tony Dracon, and one who has also confronted gargoyles a number of times. He fought Broadway when he and Goliath broke up their sales of stolen Xanatos Enterprises particle beam weapons, and assisted in the search for Mace Malone's diamonds. Matt Bluestone brought him down to the 23rd Precinct station when Elisa Maza went undercover as a corrupt cop for questioning, and Pal Joey was used as a unwitting pawn to help dupe Dracon into thinking Elisa had really turned criminal. Most recently, Pal Joey assisted the rest of Dracon's gang in the turf war against Czech crime lord Tomas Brod. He was captured and imprisoned, with one of Brod's men to keep him company.

Powers, Abilities, and Weaknesses:

Pal Joey is a normal male human, with some fighting skills, and knowledge of the usage of various firearms and similar weapons.
