The Renaissance Hunter was a descendant of King Duncan, and his son Prince Canmore, who carried on their tradition of the role of the Hunter. He attacked Demona in Florence in 1495, using an ingenious flying machine, similar to those designed by Leonardo da Vinci. He pursued her, and nearly captured her but she still managed to escape. She left him, seething in rage, in the canals of Florence.
The Renaissance Hunter was a powerful but normal human, and a skilled warrior. He was apparently a gifted inventor, as his flying machine demonstrated. The machine allowed the user to glide like a gargoyle, with roughly the same maneuverability, and could fire spears and nets.
