Talos is an artificially intelligent robot, created as a guard by the New Olympians. He was Boreas's advisor, as well. Talos guarded the tower that contained New Olympus's power source. When "Taurus" came in and began setting it to overload, Talos stopped him, and attempted to correct the problem. However, "Taurus"- actually Proteus- metamorphosed into his cyclops form, and punched his fist through the robot, destroying it. Talos was tossed from the tower to the street below.

Talos was later rebuilt, according to Greg Weisman's master plan, and was one of the New Olympian emissaries sent by Boreas to the United Nations.

Talos was built with only a wrist-based laser weapon as a defense. Otherwise, he seemed rather weak for a robot, with armor that Proteus easily penetrated with one good punch.
